My Story

Two and a half years ago I was an obese, struggling, unhappy asthmatic. When my daughter came along, I wanted to be a good role model for her, but I didn't know where to start. I felt lost, buried by grief, and in my own body. That feeling of helplessness was overwhelming. It was either stay miserable OR completely change my life. 

I chose the latter. 

Over the course of 18 months I lost over 80 pounds and forever changed my life. During that time, I learned how to:

-tear down the roadblocks that had prevented my success in the past

-create healthy boundaries in my relationships

-make healthy decisions about food and fitness-without a struggle

-completely eliminate my chronic asthma

Now it is my mission to EMPOWER others and teach them how to get fit, STAY fit, and create the life they've always wanted.
